Responding to Demand for More Details from Israeli Attorney General

In the event that you have received a letter demanding completion of details from the legal counsel of the Attorney General regarding an application you submitted to the Registrar of Inheritance Affairs, you should transfer the requested details to the representative of the legal adviser in the district addressing the application. Do not submit the details to the offices of the Registrar of Inheritance Affairs.

Make sure to submit the requested documents exactly as they are requested. If original documents or affidavits were requested, then submit the originals only. If original documents are not requested, it is also possible to respond via mail or fax.

Please note that the required information must only be submitted once and not simultaneously via a few different channels, which will delay the issue further.
