Meet the Team
Mr. Michael Decker has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2008. After working as a partner in Yehuda Raveh & Co. for nearly a decade, he founded his own firm and eventually merged to be part of Cohen, Decker, Pex & Brosh law offices as a founding partner.
Mr. Joshua Pex has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2009. He completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Haifa University, and he worked at Yehuda Raveh & Co. for several years prior to joining Cohen, Decker, Pex & Brosh law offices as a founding partner.
Advocate Irena Rosenberg has a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Customs located in Ukraine, as well as a bachelor's degree in economics.
Advocate Nechama Ovadia specializes in administrative law: in the fields of immigration to Israel, including family reunification, visas, Aliyah to Israel, humanitarian applications, and in municipal law, insolvency law representing creditors and debtors in bankruptcy cases, and more.
As the head of Intellectual Property Department, Tal specializes in trademarks, designs and copyrights. His other field of expertise includes administrative law - Aliyah and immigration to Israel, visas, family unification, and special humanitarian applications.
Attorney and Mediator Anat Levi is a member of the Israeli Bar Association. Anat has LL.B from Netanya College, and LL.M from Bar Ilan University.
Adv. Anat Levi received another bachelor's degree in special education, from which she graduated with honors.
Advocate Oded Germanov is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2012. Oded has graduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from Tel Aviv University and an LL.B from the Ono Academic College.
Jordan Levy-Bograd works as a paralegal and translator at the Law Offices of Cohen, Decker, Pex & Brosh. Jordan specializes in the area of immigration to Portugal for descendants of Sephardic Jews and in the area of Aliyah to Israel.
