Maxim Rapin

Attorney Maxim Rapin studied law at St. Petersburg University and worked as a lawyer in Russia for 20 years. Over the course of his career, Attorney Rapin dealt in various areas of Russian law: corporate law, civil and commercial litigation, management of bankruptcy proceedings, and more.

In 2016, Maxim immigrated to Israel and went through a long and thorny road intended for foreign lawyers seeking to pass the Israeli Bar. Maxim passed eight exams in various areas of Israeli law and underwent a two-year internship at the Nicole Maor attorney’s office, which deals with immigration, administrative, and constitutional law.

In the summer of 2023, Maxim passed the certification exam on the first try and became a member of the Israel Bar Association.

Attorney Rapin joined our office in 2024 and specializes in administrative law, immigration to Israel, Aliyah, family reunification, visas, asylum seeker rights and more.
