Extend the Appointment of an Estate Manager in Israel
In the past the Registrar of Inheritance Affairs would extend the validity of an appointment of an estate manager. The registrar is often asked if they can do this. However, the answer is no, the registrar is not involved in extending the validity of an appointment of an estate manager. The only way to extend the validity of the appointment of an estate manager is to turn to a family court in Israel. Then, submit a request to the family court, and the family court will make a decision on the matter.
