Rachel Amselem Aouate immigrated to Israel in 2016 from France. She holds an LL.M from Nanterre University in Paris. After studying for a semester at Bar Ilan University, she took the Dinei Yisrael (Israeli Law) exams from the Israel Bar Association in order to convert her degree to Israel.

During her studies, Rachel interned at Cohen, Decker, Pex, Brosh law office, where she was employed after completing her studies. As an intern, she familiarized herself with the office’s primary legal specializations, including immigration law and corporate law.

Rachel Amselem focuses on the area of immigration law, and is currently the Head of the Departments handling immigration to France, Portugal, and Eastern Europe.

Rachel speaks French, English and Hebrew fluently, and assists all French-speaking clientele in our office.
