Visas for Foreign Managers or CEOs

Israel offers foreign expert work visas for a variety of foreign experts, including foreign managers and foreign CEOs of a foreign or international company in Israel. When a foreign or international company that has offices in Israel and seeks to bring senior management or a senior, trusted employee or CEO to the country to help with operations of the local branch, Israel will consider issuing a foreign expert work visa to these individuals. All work visas that are granted are done at the recommendation of the Foreign Trade Administration in the Ministry of Economy. Any work visa that is granted will be issued for a maximum of two years at a time.

Foreign expert visas are only issued to individuals who are not in Israel. Therefore, the foreign company in Israel must submit the application, and if and when the visa is issued, the foreign expert manager must obtain the visa from an Israeli consulate near their residence.
