The various government fees for Israeli inheritance issues occasionally change.  This article addresses some of the payments at the time of this writing with a link to the Hebrew site for the most updated list of fees.

Do note that every January 1 and July 1 the payment rates are adjusted.  This short article provides payment rates in late 2017.  This Israeli governmental website lists the current rates.  (The website is only in Hebrew.  If you need assistance with making the payments, please contact our law firm.)

  • Application for granting a succession order or will probate order for online submission – filing an application – 496 NIS
  • Application for granting a succession order or will probate order for online submission – reduced fee for filing an online application – 422 NIS
  • Application for granting a succession order or will probate order – expenses for advertising this in a newspaper (orange voucher) – 130 NIS
  • Application for a succession order or will probate order – filing fee (blue voucher) – 992 NIS
  • Application to amend or cancel a succession order or will probate order – 496 NIS
  • Making a will at the Registrar of Inheritance Affairs – 232 NIS
  • Depositing the will – 105 NIS
  • Examining the file in the archives of the Registrar of Inheritance Affairs – 27 NIS
  • A certified copy of any document/order issued in the Registrar of Inheritance Affairs – stamps of 5.10 NIS per page
  • Objection to granting an inheritance order or will probate order – 954 NIS
  • Any other request or service that is not included in the above items, including submitting an amended application – 232 NIS
  • Application for appointing an estate manager – 496 NIS
