Advocate Nechama Ovadia
Advocate Nechama Ovadia is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2015. Nechama has an LL.B from the Ono Academic College.
During her studies she worked as a legal assistant at the Rogel-Levy-Nir law firm in Jerusalem, where she underwent her internship and was hired after passing the bar.
Adv. Nechama Ovadia specializes in the field of immigration to Israel, family reunification, visas, Aliyah, asylum requests and more. She is a member of the Immigration and Foreigners Committee of the Tel Aviv Bar Association.
Attorney Ovadia also specializes in other areas of administrative law, including insolvency / bankruptcy law, representing debtors and even creditors in execution and receivership. Nehama is also familiar with the field of municipal law, having previously represented municipalities and local councils.
Advocate Ovadia volunteers at the Dolev Foundation for Medical Justice, which provides pro bono representation for patients vis-a-vis Israeli health services organizations. She is also active in promoting women’s rights in Israel.
